I am a neuro-affirmative therapist who enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, holistic, and strengths-based—designed to help each client feel safe, understood, and empowered. I tailor sessions to meet your unique needs, integrating a blend of therapeutic techniques that support healing and personal growth.
With children, I incorporate play therapy methods such as games and art to foster expression and connection in a developmentally appropriate and engaging way.
My diverse background enriches my practice. I bring over 25 years of experience as a personal trainer and 20 years as a piano teacher, which gives me a creative and well-rounded perspective on health and human development. As part of a military family that relocated from Ohio in 2019, I also understand firsthand the challenges of transition and adjustment.
Outside the office, I enjoy hiking, reading non-fiction, researching, and playing Uno with my family.
I currently work under the supervision of Changela Vickers, MA, LMFT-S
