At the current time, all appointments must be made by telephone by calling our main number, 256-881-5352. There is a receptionist available daily from 8:00am-6:00pm
If no one answers, leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. If you call after business hours, the call will usually be returned the next business day.
When we call back, we will ask for a minimum of information and set up an intake appointment for you. It is helpful if you have some insurance information available when you call. Our office staff will be glad to answer any questions you may have about the appointment process.
